Yes. We will ship to APO and FPO addresses only. We use the US Postal Service for our military packages and tracking is not available
No. Our calendars are always returned from correctional facilities because of three main problems: Our calendar contains staples, it is shipped from a third unknown party, and it contains inappropriate content.
Yes. All of our packages will arrive in a plain unmarked box or a Fed Ex box. It will not say Hooters Calendar on the package or on the return address. The return address will read MCA and Clearwater, FL.
No. We do not require a signature for delivery. Fed Ex will leave your package at the door. If you would like them to leave it somewhere else, please leave a note on your door for the Fed Ex delivery driver with instructions. We can not guarantee the driver will do what you ask, but it's worth a try.
If you order online, you will receive an email notification from Hooters Calendar.
Our warehouse is open Monday - Friday from 8-5. Once your order has been submitted, it will be processed & shipped within 3 business day. For example: If you order on a Friday, your order will ship by Wed of the following week. We ship all orders via Fed Ex with Delivery Confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number so that you can view your estimated delivery date.
We do not offer a phone number for ordering or checking on orders. Our order service is operated only through the internet. You may check on an order via email at email@example.com . Please be mindful of our shipping turn around above.
No, orders placed online without payment are voided. We currently only offer the ability to purchase our merchandise with a credit card through our online store or with your paypal account.
We want you to be satisfied with your order from Hooters Calendar. If you're not thrilled with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. While occasional printing errors do occur, the months are intentionally out of order. They have been this way since the first calendar, so do not return your calendar if the months are out of order, it's not a mistake.
All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. We do NOT accept opened and used items.

All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We will NOT accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

In order to process your return, please include your name, email address, order number and shipping address along with the items that you are returning.
Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn't get marked as spam.
Please check your order carefully prior to submitting it. If you need to cancel your order (or an item within your order) after hitting the "submit" button, please email us and let us know as soon as possible. We will make every effort to catch your order before it is shipped. We can't guarantee the cancellation if you do not email us immediately.
If the order is shipped before you cancel, please refuse the package without opening it and it will be returned to us. When we receive the unopened order, we will credit your account. We will not reimburse for the cost of shipping the item(s) back once the package has been opened.
